2NE1 at MCM Fall/Winter 2010 Show

 

2NE1 is known for their fierce outfits that truly stand out among the other female idols. Everytime they come out they always wear the best outfits from known designers. The girls came out to play at the MCM Fall/Winter 2010 show looking great in their matching MCM monogram jackets. The 2NE1 girls rarely go out wearing matching outfits like other girl groups so this is a rare ocassion.

Taeyang Wears a Shirt from Fans

YG trainer Hwangssabu-shi uploaded a picture of Taeyang while working out. Whats special about this photo is that Taeyang is actually wearing a shirt that a fan made for him! That is totally aww worthy, right?

Hopefully, we see more of Taeyang and the other boys because we can't wait till their comeback!

Jonghyun to Temporarily Stop Activities

Shinee's leader Jonghyun will be resting for a while due to his ligament injuries. This means, he will halt all activities and will rest so he can recover which explains why he wasn't present at SBS's 20th Anniversary event last weekend.

According to SM Entertainment:

“Last month, Jonghyun has been suffering continuous ligament pains in his ankle ever since a slight injury after a performance in Indonesia last month. Because of this, we have tried to minimize intense choreography in performances.”

People can't help but speculate if this "rest" has anything to do with the recent scandal on Jonghyun's relationship with actress, Shin Se Kyung. Maybe he's staying away from the media until the news dies down. Either way we wish him a speedy recovery!

JYJ P1's Visa is Denied = Aww, Free Concert?!

It's been officially confirmed - The JYJ boys were unable to get working visa thus affecting their US leg of their World tour. Before we start cursing the heavens for this unfortunate event, good news is that the boys have decided to pay for the concerts themselves!

Taeyangs Big Bro to Debut as an Actor

Meet Dong Hyun Bae (27), he is Taeyangs older brother and he will be starring in a drama soon! He's currently studying at Daejin University and has already appeared in the play "The Changed World", the musical "Grease" and was also featured in a CF for "Bang Bang". He's also cast for a short film "Viagra Uproar". 

2NE's 5th Member Was Supposed to be Honey Lee!

 

2NE1 was supposed to be a 5 member group, the fifth member being Ms. Korea, Honey Lee! I was surprised by this news and couldnt help but imagine how the girl group would have turned out if Honey was part of it. Another eyecandy that's for sure!  

Jonghyun-Shin Se Kyung: A Timeline

Here's a timeline of the Jonghyun and Shin Se Kyung dating scandal:

Oct. 25, 2010 - The Shinee boys were guests on KBS Kiss the Radio with Eunhyuk and Leeteuk. Super Juniors leader, Leeteuk hinted about a girl when Jonghyun was being teased about girl groups, he said "I know for a fact it's not girls, but just one girl."

Oct. 26, 2010 - SportsSeoul.com releases paparazzi photos of Jonghyun and Shin Se Kyung dating in the streets of Korea. The photos were undeniably sweet, the pair was seen listening to music on an mp3 player, walking close together. A few minutes after the photos were up in Allkpop.com

Both the idols agencies confirmed that they were dating, which was a very shocking revelation since it's very rare (meaning: almost never happens) than an idol admits that they're dating. SM entertainment is particularly known to be very very strict with their stars.

Shin Se Kyung’s agency, Namoo Actors, stated, “It’s been a month since they began meeting one another. They have good feelings for one another and are currently getting to know each other.”

Jonghyun’s agency, SM Entertainment, also carefully stated, “We heard that they met each other through other people. Their relationship is just now beginning.”

One by one Jonghyun's fansites have crashed due to heavy traffic. 

Oct. 27, 2010 - Shin Se Kyung closes her homepage due to backlash.

Oct. 29, 2010 - Jonghyun together with Shinee appears for the first time on TV after the scandal with a goodbye stage for "Hello" at Music Bank.  They were all sitting down for this performance, probably still due to Jonghyun's leg injury. It was noticeable that the screams for Jonghyun is not as loud as before, even Taemin forgot to sing his line. Speculations say that it might be because they were all tense and nervous. Fancams of this performance also showed an apologetic Jonghyun doing three 90 degree bows to the audience which is a sign of apology.

Oct 29, 2010 - Shinee makes an appearance on Heechul's Youngstreet without Jonghyun.

Nov. 3 , 2010 - SBS E-TV! has announced that they will reveal the behind-the-scenes report on the Jonghyun and Shin Se Kyung dating scandal on their show on November 3, 2010.
